GUS PLC05 September 2006 GUS plc ("THE COMPANY") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING GUS plc has received notification that, on 4 September 2006, Christopher Callero (a person discharging managerial responsibility) exercised options in respect of 70,398 shares in the Company. The options were granted in June 2003 at a price of 675.5p per share under the Company's North America Stock Option Plan. Following this exercise, Mr Callero immediately sold these shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 984.3027p per share.
