Director's Subscription
Getech, a provider of data, knowledge and software products to the energy industry, announced on 12 March 2021 that it had raised gross proceeds of £6.0 million through a placing and subscription of 27,272,728 new Ordinary Shares in two tranches at an Issue Price of 22 pence per share (the "Placing and Subscription").
As part of the Placing and Subscription, it was announced that Jonathan Copus, Chief Executive of Getech, had subscribed for the 45,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Subscription Shares"). Following completion of the Placing and Subscription, Jonathan Copus will hold 45,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07 per cent. of the enlarged Issued Share Capital.
Admission of the Subscription Shares to trading on AIM will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 1 April 2021, conditional, inter alia, upon the approval of the Resolution by the Shareholders at the General Meeting which is scheduled to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 30 March 2021 at the offices of the Company, at Kitson House, Elmete Hall, Elmete Lane, Leeds LS8 2LU.
