Getech, a provider of data, knowledge, software and analytical products and services to the energy industry, announces that it has been notified that, on 8 June 2021, Jonathan Copus, Chief Executive, carried out transfer of 45,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA.
Following the transfer, Jonathan Copus still holds 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
