VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities completes $61m acquisition of Texas terminal storage sites
VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc ("GSEO") - a London-listed investment company advised by Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP - is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the equity interests in two operating terminal storage sites on the Texas Gulf Coast for a total purchase price of $61mn.
The acquisition was first announced upon signing of the purchase agreement on 6 April 2021 and the completion marks GSEO's first investment since its IPO just over two months ago.
