Dublin, 18 September | Further to the publication of the preliminary results for the year to 30 June 2018 on 18 September 2018, the Board of Green REIT Plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 2.7 cent per ordinary share, to be paid on 19 October 2018 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 28 September 2018. The dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") as defined under Irish REIT legislation.
