The following amendment has been made to the "Dividend Declaration" announcement released on 24th February 2015 at 10.55 a.m. under RNS No. 7122F.
The previous date specified for shareholders to be on the share register in order to be eligible to receive the dividend was incorrect and has now been amended to 6 March 2015.
All other details remain unchanged.

Dublin, London, 24 February 2015 | Further to the publication of the interim results on 23 February 2015, the Board of Green REIT Plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 0.92 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 20 March 2015 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 6 March 2015.
