Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that as at 31 January 2022, it has 107,826,246 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 107,826,246. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
