The Company received notification on 10 March 2011Β that onΒ that day, Mrs Andrea Rafferty, the wife ofΒ Tony Rafferty, Chief Executive of the Company,Β sold 500,000 ordinary sharesΒ of 1pΒ in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 35.9p per share.

As a result of this transaction,Β Tony Rafferty'sΒ notifiable interest inΒ the Company is now 8,662,222Β Ordinary Shares representingΒ 18.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Rafferty also states that he and his family (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) have no current intention of selling further shares in the Company.
