Director's Dealing
The Board of Good Energy Group PLC (the "Company") was informed today that on 19 December 2014, Juliet Davenport, CEO of the Company, exercised a share option to the extent of 107,616 Ordinary Shares (the "Option Shares") in the Company. The Option Shares were held by the Clarke Willmott Trust Corporation Limited (Trustee of the Good Energy Group Employee Benefits Trust). The option was issued on 1 May 2002 and the exercise price was GBP 0.50 per share. Following the exercise of the option, Juliet Davenport has an interest in 592,810 Ordinary Shares representing 4.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
