Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
As confirmed in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018, the 2015 grant of awards to David Brown, Group Chief Executive, under The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 ("DSBP") became eligible for vesting from 29 October 2018, following the expiry of the three year deferral period.
