Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Director Shareholding
Goals announces that it has been notified of the exercise of 243,115 share options at a price of 62 pence per ordinary share of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Share") in the Company by Morris Payton, a Director of the Company, on 11 April 2014. Accordingly the Company has issued 243,115 new ordinary shares (the "New Shares").
Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 17 April 2014. Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company has a total of 58,465,060 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Subsequent to the issue of the New Shares Morris Payton sold 216,575 Ordinary Shares at 230 pence and transferred 6,540 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Susan Payton, all of which were sold at 230 pence each.
Following today's transactions, the shareholding of Morris Payton and persons connected to him has increased to 291,910 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
