Directors Shareholding
On 10 April 2013 Goals received notice that Keith Rogers sold 570,825 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at 137.0 pence each. Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith Rogers and persons connected to him is 4,092,986 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
Goals also received notice that on 10 April 2013 William Gow sold 570,825 Ordinary Shares at 137.0 pence each. Following this transaction, the shareholding of William Gow and persons connected to him is 1,273,145 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
