Director/PDMR Shareholding
Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Per Henriksen, the husband of Alison Henriksen, Chief Financial Officer, purchased:
· 1,658 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 February 2023 on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 2,999.28 pence per share, listed in Table A below; and
· 1,718 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 February 2023 on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 2,895.14 pence per share, listed in Table B below.
The below notifications, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, give further detail on the number of ordinary shares purchased.
