GAME Digital plc (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that Ray Kavanagh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 11 October2018.
Ray Kavanagh has been Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2018, previously fulfilling the role of Interim Director of Corporate Finance from January 2018. Ray has over 20 years of experience in the retail sector, including two years on the Board of House of Fraser as Commercial and Supply Chain Director, and prior to that held the role of Director of Finance for eight years. Ray will be subject to election at the Company's next annual general meeting, and re-election at each annual general meeting of the Company thereafter.
Martyn Gibbs, GAME's Chief Executive Officer, said:

He has a solid understanding of the retail sector and the right expertise to implement strategic and commercial initiatives from a finance perspective. There are no disclosures required under LR 9.6.13 in respect of this appointment.
