The Board of Hangar8 announces that it was informed on 7 June 2012 that on the same day Nigel Payne, Non-Executive Chairman, George Rolls, Non-Executive Director, and Philip Brady, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 25,900 ordinary 1 pence shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of 85.425 pence per Ordinary Share.
