Director Shareholding

Hangar 8 plc (AIM:HGR8), one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft, announces it was informed today that George Rolls, Non-Executive Director of the Company, total beneficial holding has increased following a purchase today of 16,666 ordinary shares in the Company at 89p per share. Following this transaction Mr Rolls' total beneficial holding has increased to 49,565 ordinary shares representing 0.77 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
