Internal reorganisationof Envesta holding in Globaltrans
Globaltrans Investment PLC (the "Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or the "Group"; LSE ticker GLTR) has been notified by its 8.8% shareholder Envesta Investments Ltd ("EIL") that the two beneficial owners of EIL (Sergey Maltsev, Globaltrans' CEO and Executive Director and Alexander Eliseev, Non-Executive Director) intend to reorganise their stakes in Globaltrans so that they are held directly by separate entities controlled by each of them.
This internal restructuring of EIL, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2013, will not result in any change in the aggregate number of shares/GDRs beneficially owned by each of the above two Directors:
· Sergey Maltsev beneficially owns a 4.5% stake in Globaltrans;
· Alexander Eliseev beneficially owns a 6.3% stake in Globaltrans1.
On behalf of the beneficial owners of Envesta Investments Ltd, Sergey Maltsev, CEO of Globaltrans commented:
