Clarification of share capital details

In accordance with applicable rules and further to the EGM results announcement on 16 October, the Company advises the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital totalling 470,000,001 shares consists of 293,750,001 voting shares and 176,250,000 non-voting shares. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 293,750,001 and this figure should be used by GDR holders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under applicable rules

 

In addition, the Company has received corrected information from BNP PARIBAS INVESTMENT PARTNERS S.A. indicating that its interest in the Company in the year 2012 and currently represents less than 5% of total voting rights. Accordingly respective RNS No 3636P (dated 23 October 2012) and No 8666L (dated 10 September 2012) should be disregarded
