GLIF has today been advised that as a result of the acquisition of Asset Management Investment Company plc which completed on 1 February 2011, Mr. Geoffrey Miller, a Director of the Company, has increased his holding in the Company by 62,627 Ordinary Shares.
As a result of this transaction Mr Miller's holding in the Company is now 812,627 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
