Share Dealings

On 16 May 2013 the Company was notified that Jonathan Cohen, an officer of T2 Advisers, LLC, the collateral manager for T2 CLO I Ltd., disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares for 52.0 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Cohen's holding is now 354,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
