Notice of AGM

Global Invacom (AIM:GINV), the SGX Mainboard and U.K. AIM-listed satellite communications equipment specialist, announces that hard copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today. 

Copies of the Annual Report are available at the Company's website http://www.globalinvacom.com/investor-relations/annual-reports along with the previously published Annual Report and Accounts.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am (SGT) on Wednesday, 27 April 2016 at The National University of Singapore Society, Suntec City Guild House, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #02-401/402 Suntec City Mall, Singapore 038983.
