Qatar Investment Fund PLC ("QIF" or the "Company")

Further re dividend

On 11 September 2015, QIF announced a final dividend of 4.0 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2015, payable after the proposed tender offer. This was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 12 November 2015.

The dividend will be paid on 13 January 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 18 December 2015 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 17 December 2015.
