On 18 September 2008, the Company was notified of the following transaction, that took place on that day, in accordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 36,300 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares"), representing 0.07% of the outstanding share capital of the Company, at a price of 68.75 pence per Share. As a result, Andrew Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in Shares to 792,813 , representing 1.50% of the outstanding share capital. Andrew Walton-Green continues to hold options over 1,057,897 shares. Included in this total interest in Shares are 352,990 Shares held by his wife and children.
Eric Sepkes (Chairman) purchased 14,500 Shares representing 0.03% of the outstanding share capital, at a price of 68.75 pence per share. As a result, Eric Sepkes has increased his beneficial interest in 88,000 Shares representing 0.17% of the outstanding share capital of the Company. Eric Sepkes continues to hold options over 400,000 Shares.
