Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company has been notified that Hamish Purdey, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 18,554 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 134 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Purdey has a beneficial interest in 30,455 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.048% of the current issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
