Directors' Dealings
SPARK Ventures plc ("SPARK" or the "Company") announces that three directors of the Company have today purchased ordinary shares of 2.5p each in SPARK ("Shares") by exercising share options originally granted to them under the NewMedia SPARK plc 2001 share option scheme. These share options are over existing Shares in issue held by the NewMedia SPARK Employee Benefit Trust.
