The Company was notified on 7 January 2020 that David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 109 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 1,292.50 pence per share on 7 January 2020. This was under an automatic dividend reinvestment arrangement with his stockbroker.
