Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 16 March 2020 that, on the same date, Gary Bullard, Chairman, sold 1,451 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £9.67 per Ordinary Share, and purchased 1,780 Ordinary Shares at a price of £9.90 per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Gary Bullard has increased his interest to 9,535 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the Company's total issued share capital.
