Result of EGM
Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd. (AIM: GEL) announces that, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to approve the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM was approved by a majority of 100% of votes cast. Accordingly, Greka Engineering confirms that the last day of dealings in its ordinary shares on AIM will be 20 June 2016 and that the delisting will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 21 June 2016.
