Filing of DRHP with SEBI
Great Eastern Energy Corporation Limited (LSE: GEEC), the fully integrated, leading Indian Coal Bed Methane (CBM) company is pleased to inform that further to the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 26, 2013, the Company has filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus ("DRHP") on Monday, September 16, 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") in relation to its proposed initial public offering and listing of equity shares on the Indian stock exchanges, subject to market conditions and other considerations. The DRHP is available on the website of SEBI at (www.sebi.gov.in), Stock Exchanges at (www.bseindia.com) and (www.nseindia.com) and the Book Running Lead Manager (www.icicisecurities.com).
