GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited has been notified that Stephen Ellis and his wife, acting through their pension schemes, purchased 32,156 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company on 16 July 2015 at an aggregate price of 117.842 pence per share. Stephen Ellis's resultant beneficial holding in the Company (in aggregate with the beneficial holdings of his wife and children) is as shown below:
