Director Appointment

GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a London based resource exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Graham Hobson to the Board of Directors as Finance Director with immediate effect.

James has been CFO and Company Secretary of GCM for almost five years having been with the Company since 2006. He has 17 years finance and accounting experience, predominantly in mining and international development, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Datuk Michael Tang PJN, Executive Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to welcome James Hobson to the Board of the Company. I am confident that the combination of James's financial background and knowledge of GCM's business will enhance and strengthen the Board."
