Member of Grupo Clarín Supervisory Committee takes Leave of Absence
On 25 August 2022, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's Supervisory Committee had accepted the leave of absence requested by one of its members, Mr. Carlos Alberto Pedro di Candia, for personal reasons, from (and including) 6 September 2022 to (and including) 28 September 2022. Mr. Di Candia will resume his position automatically as from 29 September 2022.
The Supervisory Committee also resolved that Mr. Miguel Angel Mazzei, alternate member appointed by the Class A and Class B shareholders, shall substitute for Mr. Di Candia as full member for the duration of Mr. Di Candia's leave; and that Mr. Hugo Ernesto López shall act as President of the Supervisory Committee in Mr. Di Candia´s absence.
