Director / PDMR Shareholding

Further to the previous announcement on 19 January 2016, the Company was notified that on 27 January 2016 Non-Executive Director George Materna transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his family charitable trust, The Materna Foundation.

Mr Materna's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 7,877,405 Shares, representing 25.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
