Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 24 June 2014, Director Keith Lewis transferred 2,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') into his ISA account. On the same date Mrs Lesley Lewis transferred 3,300 Shares into Mr Lewis' ISA account.

Mr and Mrs Lewis' total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 283,690 Shares, representing 1.14% of the Company's issued Share capital.
