Gattaca plc (the 'Company')
Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Non-Executive Director George Materna transferred 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his family charitable trust, The Materna Foundation with effect on 1 December 2017.
As the Shares will continue to be beneficially owned by him or persons connected with him following transfer, Mr Materna's total interest in the Company will remain unchanged at 7,877,405 Shares, representing 25.37% of the Company's issued share capital.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further details of the transaction on 1 December 2017.
