Directorate change
The Company announces that Mark Mamone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company with effect from 4th December 2018. Mark will take up a new full-time role and reluctantly has to step down from his non-executive role.
Patrick Shanley, Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Mark on behalf of the Board for his valuable contribution to the Company since his appointment in December 2016 and wish him well with his new career"
