Award under the Value Creation Plan ("VCP")

Matchtech Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has granted the following award under the Company's Value Creation Plan ("VCP"):

Brian Wilkinson	Executive Chairman	144,000	14.4%

The VCP Award will be capable of release and become exercisable 50% in November 2016 and 50% in November 2017, subject to continuous employment.
