Grant of Options to Directors
London & Dublin | September 7, 2017: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), a leading B2B supplier of Internet gaming enterprise software-as-a-service solutions to the US land-based casino Industry, announces the grant and cancellation of options to certain Directors.
On July 17, 2017 and August 24, 2017, the Company cancelled and granted new options over ordinary shares, in accordance with the Company's 2017 Share Option Scheme, to the following Directors:

The earliest exercise date for the options is July 17, 2018 in respect of Dermot S Smurfit and August 24, 2018 for all others.

In April 2017 GAN was granted a Casino Service Industry Enterprise license by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement being GAN's first privileged gaming license in the United States.
