GAN launches a revolution in Social Casino gaming

Innovative slot tournaments enhance Simulated Gaming performance

London & Dublin | May 3, 2018: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, has previously launched and today completed the first multi-stage online slot tournament offering prizes to qualifying patrons of Station Casinos enrolled in their Boarding Pass® rewards program and resident in the State of Nevada ("Players").

The innovative online experience has been reviewed and approved by the Nevada Gaming Control Board and operates from GAN's hardware platform physically located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The LDT™ model will be delivered to selected clients of GAN's Simulated Gaming with casinos located in diverse States with compatible sweepstakes laws, throughout 2018.

GAN's unique new LDT™ experience is an acronym for 'Leaderboard Draw Tournament' and represents a revolutionary new form of social casino gaming designed to deliver a free-to-enter online slot tournament experience where Players compete online for prizes subsequently collected on-property at the casino. The inaugural LDT™ launched online on April 23, 2018 and completed yesterday May 2, 2018 with a rolling LDT™ schedule ongoing throughout May.
