Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM: GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) ("Galantas" or the "Company") reports that it received notification that on 9 September 2021 Mario Stifano, CEO, bought 30,500 common shares of nil par value ("Common Shares") at an average price of C$0.482 per Common Share, representing a total of 0.038% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr. Stifano's interest in the Company is 217,166 Common Shares representing 0.25% of the Company's total voting rights.
