Total Voting Rights
In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1(R) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of consists of 120,512,336 ordinary shares with a nominal value of USD 0.0001 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Green Dragon is 120,512,336.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Green Dragon under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
