Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM:GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, has been notified that David Turnbull, a director of the Company, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of US$9.50 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Turnbull is beneficially interested in 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.003% of the issued ordinary shares.
