During the month of January 2020, Fidelity Special Values PLC issued 2,140,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 277.37 pence per share from its block listing authority.
No ordinary shares were repurchased into Treasury or for cancellation.
As at 31 January 2020, Fidelity Special Values PLC's issued share capital consisted of 287,534,480 ordinary shares. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Special Values PLC is 287,534,480.
