Investment management team update

Foresight Solar, the fund investing in solar and battery storage assets to build income and growth, announces that Ross Driver will depart the investment manager, Foresight Group (Foresight), at the end of this year to pursue other opportunities.

The existing fund management team at Foresight, consisting of Toby Virno, David Goodwin and Matheus Fierro, will remain in place, drawing on Foresight's extensive solar asset management expertise, led by portfolio director Julian Elsworth. The broader team will continue to be supported by the senior leadership of Foresight, who remain actively involved in the oversight of Foresight Solar.

A process to recruit a senior member of the Foresight Solar fund management team is underway with the expectation of an update in the first quarter of 2026.
