Notice of Preliminary Results
First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor, will announce its Preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2020 next Thursday, 25 June 2020.
There will be a live investor presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform at 10:30 on 25 June. The meeting is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted at any time during the live presentation, via the "Ask a Question" function. A recording of the live presentation and responses to the Q&A will subsequently be published on the Investor Meet Company platform.

· Fund management - via its FCA regulated and AIFMD approved subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd (FPAM), which earns fees from investing for third parties in property. FPAM currently manages twelve funds which are invested across the United Kingdom, Poland and Romania.
· Group Properties - principal investments by the Group to earn a return on its own capital, usually in partnership with third parties. Investments comprise eight directly held properties in Poland and Romania, and non-controlling interests in ten of the twelve funds managed by FPAM.
