EBT Purchase
4imprint Group plc, the international promotional products group, was notified on 9 December 2014 by the trustee of the 4imprint 2012 Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each in the Company between 5 December and 9 December 2014 at a weighted average price of 834.19 pence per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. Certain Directors of the Company are included in the class of potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
Following these transactions a total of 105,055 ordinary shares, representing 0.38 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in EBT.
62,303 ordinary shares, representing 0.22 per cent of the Company's total voting rights remain held in another employee benefit trust, established in May 2000.
