4imprint Group plc (the 'Company')
Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.
The Company received notification on 27 March 2018 from both Mr. K. Lyons-Tarr and Mr. D. J. E. Seekings, Executive Directors of the Company, informing it that on 27 March 2018, each of them purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 1,818 pence per share.
As a result, the total interests of Mr. K. Lyons-Tarr and Mr. D. J. E. Seekings in the Company are 252,827 shares representing 0.90% of the Company's issued share capital and 177,269 shares representing 0.63% of the Company's issued share capital, respectively.
