Falkland Oil and Gas Limited ("FOGL" or "the Company")
Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified that, on 16 June 2011, David Hudd, non-executive Deputy Chairman, sold 50,000 ordinary FOGL shares at 58.6p. 50,000 ordinary FOGL shares were subsequently bought back from the market at 58.7p and transferred into his SIPP.
Following these transactions, Mr Hudd maintains his interest in the Company of 175,000 ordinary FOGL shares, representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
