Flybe announces that Andrew Knuckey, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from the Board having completed his 12 month notice period. As previously announced, Philip de Klerk will join the Board and take up the position of Chief Financial Officer on 19 August 2014.

Saad Hammad, Chief Executive Officer commented:
