Flybe announces that on 13 November 2014 the following Director share purchases were made in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Ā· Saad Hammad, an executive director of the Company, purchased 45,200 Ordinary Shares in the Company; and
Ā· Philip de Klerk, an executive director of the Company, purchased 22,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company

each at a price of 110.5p per share.
